An active Catholic parish in downtown Bandera founded in 1855 by Silesian immigrants — the second oldest Polish Catholic parish in the United States.

The current gothic vernacular stone structure was built in 1876 and remains in continuous use. Interior features include elaborate painted ceilings, detailed stained glass windows, and carved wooden statues brought from Europe by the original settlers. The church is a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark with a THC marker on the grounds.
